Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase on urbexnetwork.com.

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

UrbexNetwork sells exclusively digital products. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to a private Google Earth map containing GPS coordinates of abandoned locations worldwide.

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the moment access is delivered.

As a result, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the Map has been delivered.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be considered exclusively in the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your Google Earth invitation within 24 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
• Your payment was processed but no access was delivered and the issue could not be resolved

In such cases, please contact us at urbexnetworkcontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

3. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with the content of the Map
• Inability to access Google Earth due to device, account, or technical issues on the customer's side
• Locations that may have changed, been renovated, or become inaccessible since their addition to the Map
• Legal consequences arising from the use of the Map

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, UrbexNetwork reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to the Map and to contest the chargeback with full documentation of the transaction and delivery.
